Google Limited Use Disclosure

The Varni's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use your Google data for advertising purposes or share it with third-party data brokers.

• Authenticate your account via WhatsApp OTP or Google Sign-In

5. Data Storage

User data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases hosted by Neon (neon.tech), located in the United States (US East region). All database connections are secured with TLS encryption in transit. Application hosting is provided by Vercel Inc.

6. WhatsApp Messaging

Messages are delivered via the Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API. When users log in or receive transactional notifications, their phone number and message content are transmitted to Meta Platforms, Inc. for delivery. This is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.

By using any of our platforms, users consent to receive WhatsApp messages for login verification and service-related notifications. Users may contact the service operator to opt out of non-essential notifications at any time.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal information with any third parties, except:

• Meta Platforms, Inc.— solely for delivering WhatsApp messages
• Neon (neon.tech)— as the database hosting provider; they do not access or use your data
• Vercel Inc.— as the application hosting provider
• Google LLC — solely for the purpose of authenticating your account if you choose to use Google Sign-In

8. Data Retention

Data is retained for as long as the user's account is active. Users may request data deletion by contacting us at the email below. We will fulfil deletion requests within a reasonable time.
